Just thought I'd let you know that I have received notification that I have won this year's Birmingham Insurance Institute Award for the 'Most Meritorious Completion of the Advanced Diploma' qualification and Barbara Smith Memorial Prize (which is £500 and £25 book token).
It is a lovely surprise and a huge part of my completion of the ACII was down to the workshops so thanks again to you and the team - hopefully this is a brownie point for you as well!

I've been meaning to drop you a line for a couple of weeks now - I got the results of my final 930 exam recently and passed with Distinction meaning, at long last, the ACII has now been achieved!!
